Thank you to all the fantastic supporters that fund our work and help us achieve impact.
We are committed to transparency and accountability in our activities, including fundraising. Our mixed funding model is designed to reflect our position as a growing, independent charitable trust.
In addition to this, we are proud to be independent, and our funders do not gain influence over our activities in return for their financial support. We seek to disclose all sources of funding within our full annual accounts but want to thank all funders, past and present, for your belief and support in our organisation.
We are committed to the fundraising ethics and standards set out in the Institute of Fundraising’s Code of Fundraising Practice. Our latest accounts for 2023/24 can be found here.
We are keen to explore new ways of working with research organisations to help build a base of knowledge to advance a collective understanding into the Future of Work.
We currently work with academic organisations on research projects, through secondments and through our Research Fellow network. To find out more about our Research Fellow network, please visit this page.
Current academic partnerships include:
● BRAID
● University of Warwick Business School
● DIGIT
● People Led Digitalisation
We work with a breadth of organisations interested in applying our research and knowledge within their own contexts.
These partnerships seek to facilitate two-way knowledge exchange as we seek to learn from organisational contexts and better understand emerging challenges and opportunities being faced.
You can find out more about existing impact partnerships through the following case studies:
