What we do

The Adoption Challenge

We are modelling new approaches that promote people's agency and expand their capabilities. We prioritise human over technological capabilities.

Workplace technologies are not being designed to support people’s agency or augment their capabilities. This can lead to job replacement and erosion of job quality.

We focus on developing, through work design, people-centred approaches to technology adoption which promote human capabilities.
